Match carmaker seam sealer shape and texture on body seams, floor pans, wheel arches, engine compartments, trunk, and cargo areas with 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable Seam sealer tips. 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable Tips are designed to work with a range of 3M seam sealers to match the appearance of OEM spray-on seam sealer beads. These tips can make the challenging and time-consuming work of matching sealant beads faster and easier. The tips are designed to be paired with the 3M™ OEM Match Sprayable Air Supply Kit to easily convert some traditional applicator guns to spray material. Used with a properly configured applicator, the tips are capable of spraying a variety of seam sealer chemistries and viscosities. The tip features a threaded connector for cartridges. OEMs often require the technician to replicate the original look and appearance of factory-applied seam sealer. Replicating the robotically applied seam sealer can be challenging and time-consuming.
